What is the arevo partnership with Flexicar?

arevo is continuing to make it easier for Victorians to get around in cost-effective and convenient ways through the formation of a partnership with car share provider, Flexicar.

The partnership with Flexicar will give arevo users who create an account within the journey planner app access to exclusive offers to the Flexicar service.

How do I access the Flexicar offers?

The offers are available to registered arevo users only. Download the arevo app, register as a user and access the Flexicar offers in the ‘Offers & Discounts’ page.

How do I set up my account with Flexicar? How long does it take?

The sign-up process is online via the Flexicar website or app. You should allow up to 48 hours to set up your account with Flexicar. The Flexicar team must verify your licence and approve your account. Once you have completed the online sign up, look out for an email from Flexicar to complete the license verification step. Remember to follow the steps in the arevo app to access your discounts.

How do I use my credit with Flexicar?

If you're eligible and have claimed a free credit with Flexicar via the arevo app, this credit will be applied to your Flexicar account as part of the account set up process (the steps are provided in the Flexicar offer in the arevo app). When you book a car, the credit will be automatically applied at the end of the rental period (when the charges are calculated). Any remaining credit will be retained on your account for further bookings, until it’s nominated expiry date.
